Current organic premiums: Organic lamb 65p/kg Under thirty month beef 42p/kg Over thirty month beef 55p/kg The price and volume arrangement between Graig Producers (GP) and Dunbia has resulted in a 17% increase in lamb sales through GP Jan – March 2012 over the same period of 2011, demonstrating the value of processors and producer groups working together.
