This creates an opportunity to add value to a perishable crop. The workshops will be run by Angela Sawyer, Senior Food Technologist from the Food Centre Wales. The days will provide attendees with good understanding of juicing and cordial production and an insight to the facilities and support that can be provided at the Food Centres Wales sites. All businesses from across the horticulture supply chain are welcome to attend.
